The Mayor of London has faced criticism for allowing adverts promoting tourism in Saudi Arabia to appear on the TfL network, despite previously listing Saudi Arabia as banned from advertising due to human rights concerns.
TfL had suspended advertising by eleven countries, including Saudi Arabia, in 2019 due to poor human rights records.
